The most rewarding part of being a dad is to see the kids laugh and smile, and to watch them learn and grow. From coming home from work and be greeted with a hug, or to having a little “helper” as I do the chores around home, it brings a different feeling of joy that I cannot be described but is known by all dads.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive to be the best dad because I want my children to stay young as long as possible and to have all the tools thy need to be successful in life. I want them to be able to stay kids and not have to see the stress and worries that are in the world. I also want to teach them and to prepare them for the day that they will go out on their own or the day that I am no longer here, that they can be good people who understand the value of family.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would use the $25,000 to complete some additional projects around the yard. We recently moved out to the ranch, and I would like to build some fun things the kids can enjoy. Specifically, we are wanting to finish the deck and have plans to install a slide for the kids to play on. I would also look to rebuild the treehouse that was once on the yard we took over, to allow for a place for the kids to play and imagine all kinds of fun worlds.
