Each day I get up at 3am to work I understand that I’m pushing through the stress and exhaustion to see my child have a future very bright future. Some days I wish I had a dad like me but on the other hand I understand that that pain turned me into a super dad ! I feel elated coming home to warm hugs and funny drawn pictures of me to say I love you. The most rewarding part is one day I’ll be old and gray with those hugs still welcoming me !
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive to be the best dad I can be because I as a child suffered from not receiving the proper care and love desired as a child . I want to turn all my childhood pain and tears into smiles and laughter and every tear should only be of joy . To be that one face in a crowded room that makes my child/children’s hearts feel at home , so they feel they can do anything especially through the power of love.
