The most rewarding part about being a dad is being able to make them smile. It’s nice to be able to make them smile even after a bad day. Looking at their faces with big smiles on them lets me know that everything is going to be okay. Seeing them smile makes me work harder, work with purpose, and prioritize life whether financially or socially so i can maximize my time with them without setting our family back financially. Seeing them smile is everything to me.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive to be the best dad that I can be because my stepdad was my present Father figure. He was selfless and caring, respectful, resourceful, and responsible. He was the best role model in my life, and he is exactly what I aspire to be for my daughter’s. He didn’t have any kids of his own, my little sister, older brother, and I are his kids. The way that he raised us is why I strive to be the best dad I can be, because if he wasn’t in my life. I may not even have any kids right now.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would use the $25,000 to put into our savings account, or the possibility of a down payment for a home to raise our girls.
