Is it deciphering what 6-7 means? Is it trying to figure out what exactly is inside a "squishy"? I'm in a season right now with kids who are 12 and 8, where I get to watch each of them become their own person. Being actively involved in church, racing, sports, and everyday home life, the most rewarding part is watching them connect the dots between all those experiences and begin applying what they've learned to their own lives.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive to be the best dad so my family knows what to do in life and what they need to put their energy and time into. To show them what hard work is and that we have to earn things in life. To show them that God is real, and to see that PRAYER is powerful, and that FAITH can overcome. To show them the importance of COMMUNITY, and that people around us not just may need help, but can offer us help too. To show them that its OK to fail, but to learn and grow from each failure.
How would you use the $25,000?
The first thing in how we would use the money is donating $10k to our church. Our church is growing and getting ready to expand so we are all raising funds to go towards construction specifically so that we can be better equipped to reach more people, kids and students in the middle Tennessee area. The remaining funds we would use to take a big family vacation with our grandparents and extended family where we can all celebrate each other and God's blessings.
