It can be something as simple as holding his hand, him asking me to explain something, or when he asks to watch him do something for the 100th time but the most rewarding part of being a dad is helping him do something for the first time and seeing his process of doing it consistently until he masters it and loves it. Another super rewarding part is when my son looks at me and smiles knowing I’ll always be there for him.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
Being the best dad I can be is more than just being a dad. It’s always being there for my son as faces struggles and challenges. More importantly, it’s creating a bond that’s inseparable so that when he overcomes challenges and watching him develop into a man is my purpose in life.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would use 10k for a newer and safer car for my son and I. I would put the remaining 15k into a savings account (preferably high-yield) so it earns interest. This will allow me to not be stressed about my car breaking down and not having the money to fix it and also if something does happen, I’ll have a financial safety-net for help.
