Seeing my children’s faces when they get the things they want because secretly the hard work I’m putting in behind the scenes. Nothing is better than their priceless faces on Christmas or birthdays or special occasions. Another amazing award is coming home to a beautiful family that’s excited to see me, makes me realize how truly blessed I am. Between sports and having a new understanding with my girls that were diagnosed with autism. They rewarded me with getting to be their dad and why I do it
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I lost my father at 6 years old, I knew what it was like growing up without one. So I give my all to my kids because even in the short time I had with my father, he made sure I had everything and more. My kids made me who I am today, with their love and support I’ve done some amazing things because I never want to let them down. In addition I hope my father can look down and see I’m always giving my family all my effort and support. My kids will always know they have me to lean on in life.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would use this to put towards the house my family deserves. My 2 autistic girls love to be outside and deserve a yard they play in and my oldest daughter and son so they can work on their soccer skills. A place that my family can call home. I’m so close to reaching that goal and this would just put me that much closer. My family needs their forever home. This would make that dream become a reality and truthfully would make my biggest dream come true. So I hope you pick me for this opportunity.
