I love watching my kids think through problems. I try to be as hands off as I can when they are faced with an issues and love watching their little brains tick while they think of possible solutions. Sometimes they get it wrong and cry, but often with some time they get it and they light up with so much joy. I really hope that I will raise them well enough to be tough, but understanding of life’s struggles and know where to find joy.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I think we all want to give our kids everything that we wish we had. While I have learned to appreciate the way I was raised hope I can change some things about myself and set an even better example for my kids to learn from. It’s hard. Not just sometimes, but most of the time. But I really want my kids to want me in their lives as they get older(to some extent lol).
