Best part about fatherhood for me would be my wife and daughter knowing that they are safe and protected. That whatever they want to achieve or pursue in life that I’ll always be there to support them and that if they ever fall down I’ll be right there to catch them. Life growing up was rough and I know what it feels like to not have a safety net, and being in survival mode isn’t living, always worried about the unknown. Knowing I can offer them that peace so they can live is everything.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
To give my wife and daughter all the things I didn’t have. Not talking about cars or material things, though I do give them that as well!. More so things like I’ve mentioned, peace & security, a happy home and knowing that whatever life brings that we’ll be okay.
How would you use the $25,000?
My wife is currently getting ready to shoot a short film and it’s something she’s been wanting to do her whole life. Currently we’re going thru the budget she needs and I told her we can do it. This came out of nowhere and I’m in awe that I’m a runner up. If I were to win this I’d pay for her film to get produced, she deserves it. With the rest, I’d be taking them all on a family trip to Disney world!!
