It's rewarding watching my kids grow into their own person, and occasionally see them use the things I taught them. Seeing my children have kind, caring thoughts and actions makes me so proud. Of all the things that I want them to be is a loving person.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
Parents are so crucial in our development into adulthood. We become our child's inner thoughts, so to plant a positive mindset is super important. I want them to always know they can come to me and not worry about how I'll react. As fathers, we instill their first belief system, their knowledge of how the world works. We get to help mold how they react to the world.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would use it to finish the house that I've been building for my family. Tackling building a house between long work hours and family life is challenging. It's been rewarding to see things come to completion. We have been living in the home, but still have a few projects yet to finish.
