The most rewarding part of being a dad is watching my boys grow into who God created them to be. I love the big milestones, but I treasure the ordinary moments even more—the hugs, laughter, bedtime cuddles, and hearing “Dad!” Knowing I get to be their safe place, guide them through life, cheer them on, and love them unconditionally is the greatest privilege and joy of my life.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive to be the best dad I can be because my boys deserve a father who is present, loving, dependable, and always in their corner. I want them to grow up knowing they are deeply loved, that home is a safe place, and that their dad will always show up for them. More than anything, I want my life to give them an example of faith, character, kindness, and love that they can carry with them long after they’re grown.
How would you use the $25,000?
I’d use the $25,000 to strengthen my family’s future by paying down debt, building our savings, and creating greater financial stability. But I’d also use part of it to make unforgettable memories with my boys—family trips, new experiences, and adventures we’ll talk about for years. They’re only little once, and I want to make the most of these years while building a secure future for them.
