The most rewarding part about being a dad is after a hard days work when you get back to the house and your kids come running saying “Dad’s home!” It makes me happy being able to support my family. Also, my daughter was diagnose at 2 years old with Type one Diabetes. To hear the doctors say you don’t need to worry about her because of her parents due diligence is very gratifying!
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
My dad was hard on me and it made me the person I am. The only thing my dad didn’t do is tell me he loved me. He showed it and was a great dad. I want to be just like my dad but tell my kids I love them every day! I want to be the dad my oldest son never had. My middle son is blessed with two great dads. It really means a lot when they call me dad. As most know step children are hard but I strive to be the best I can every day for my children and my wife!
How would you use the $25,000?
My family is financially stable and I am able to provide for them. As I said earlier my daughter Avery was diagnosed with type One Diabetes on Sept 21, 2024. My wife the loving person she is has started a non profit called Saving Avery that raises money and buys supplies for people that can’t afford them. If I win the $25,000, I would like to give it to Saving Avery so that my wife can do what she does best and go shopping for stuff she can give to people that can’t afford it themselves.
