Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I want them to grow uo knowing what its like to work hard, love your family, own your mistakes, help people and put God first! I didn't always have the best example growing up, so I want to heal and be better for them now so in turn they'll be better for their future families.
How would you use the $25,000?
We'd use it to make our house better for the boys. After 3 years of living in an RV, we moved into an older mobile home last year that needs a lot of work. Since then, our family has grown and we now help care for 3 other teen boys and its where they learn, eat, hang out and always know theyre welcome. Id love to make the repairs (and use them as a teaching moment because I worked construction for 16 years) and create better spaces for our boys to grow up in.
