See the full picture of each of your kids lives and knowing that you’re a major part of their success. I love spending time with them on the weekends, whether it’s going to church together, having a meal, going to sporting events or having time at our house on holidays. My favorite holiday with my family is Thanksgiving, everyone contributes with the food and we watch football together all day. My greatest reward is putting the all through college and seeing them as productive adults in society.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I truly believe it’s my responsibility to only be the best Dad I can just because Dads are the foundation to his children lives. I am the example that my sons pattern their life after and I am the example of the man my daughter wants in here life.
How would you use the $25,000?
If I were fortunate enough to receive the $25,000, I would use it to help bring some much-needed updates and improvements to our home and, most importantly, give my wife and me an opportunity to finally enjoy some time together. Over the past three years, we have made significant sacrifices for our children. We helped pay for our son’s wedding and supported our youngest son through graduate school as he pursued his dream of becoming an architect. Those were investments we were proud.
