The most rewarding part of being a dad is getting to be there for EVERY milestone, big or small. First words, first steps, first days of school, sports, accomplishments, and even the tough days. I’m fortunate enough to be present for my kids and watch them grow into their own little people. Nothing compares to seeing their faces light up when they accomplish something and knowing Dad was right there cheering them on. Being part of their story is the greatest reward I could ever ask for.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive to be the best dad I can be because I want my kids to have everything I didn’t have not just things, but time, support, encouragement, and a dad who SHOWS UP. I believe one of our greatest purposes in life is raising the next generation and giving them an even better foundation than we had. I’m not trying to raise perfect kids; I’m trying to raise kind, confident humans who always know that no matter where life takes them, Dad will forever be in their corner.
How would you use the $25,000?
DISNEYLAND! 💙 I’d take my wife and kids on an unforgettable trip to Disneyland and let them experience the magic without Mom and Dad worrying about the price tag. The rest would go toward our family and our kids’ future. $25,000 will eventually be spent, but hearing my kids say, “Remember when Dad took us to Disneyland?” would last forever.
