At 32 we had a happy family of 3,Great marriage ,good friends and had recently moved to a small town to renovate our 100 year old dream home. Two weeks after moving my wife was killed in an automobile accident. Our daughter was adopted at birth and at that time she was 3 1/2 years old. Finding the best path forward for her was much harder than anything I’ve ever done. Seeing her through every stage of her life has been so rewarding. She is now happily married with two girls, a true success
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
The family needs a father who knows how to love , serve and protect them and support them in every situation. I am so grateful that God chose me to her daddy. She always knew that she was adopted and when she was ready we worked together to locate her biological mother and father, meeting them, bringing them together has been a blessing, Their relationship blossomed and all of us are blessed to have each other in our lives. Our family’s need Dads to live up to their dreams. I have!
How would you use the $25,000?
Helping my granddaughters to live their best lives possible. They are the best people I could ever imagine. They are truly the legacy of their grandmother they never knew! She enjoyed being a mother something she always longed for and I was privileged to carry on her journey. She would be so proud! Helping my granddaughters attend college and receive the education needed to make a difference in our community, that is what their grandmother believed in Thank you for letting me share
