The most rewarding part of being a dad is knowing that the little boy who looks up to you will one day become the man you helped shape. It’s the hugs, the laughter, the little everyday moments, and knowing that no matter how hard life gets, you get to be his safe place. Watching my son grow, guiding him, protecting him, and loving him unconditionally is the greatest privilege of my life. Of all the titles I’ve earned in life, Dad is my favorite, second only to Husband.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive to be the best dad I can be because Archer deserves a father he can always look up to, trust, and count on. I want to lead by example, teach him right from wrong, protect him, and show him what it means to love and serve others. I hope one day he carries those values into his own family and becomes the kind of husband and father they can always count on. Most of all, I want him to know Dad will always be there.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would use the $25,000 to give our son experiences and a stronger future. We would take a family trip to make memories together, put a large portion toward his college fund, and use some to create something special at home where he can grow, play, and make memories. More than anything, I would want the money to benefit our son long after the contest is over and give our family memories we can cherish forever.
