The most rewarding part of being a dad is watching my kids grow and being able to provide them with opportunities and experiences I didn’t have growing up. I want them to never have to wonder if I’ll be there for the big moments or the small ones. Watching them become their own people, supporting their dreams, and making memories together makes all the hard work and sacrifices worth it.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive to be the best dad I can be because I want my kids to know their worth, use their voice, and understand how they deserve to be treated and how to treat others. They are the next generation, and I want them to grow up strong, independent, respectful, and kind. Boy or girl, we are all equal and part of the same team. I want them to do what’s right, bring people together, and leave this world better than they found it.
How would you use the $25,000?
I’d use the $25K to make memories with my family. I’d take a trip to the coast, showing my kids where I was born and grew up along the way. I’d build a covered patio by our grill so we can cook out and spend more time together. My daughter would get a princess spa day and a new outfit, and my son would finally get that steak he’s been eyeing in the glass case and some new football gear—look good, play good! Whatever is left would help with everyday family expenses.
