The influence I have with them with molding their God given talent and inherited grace. To see them thrive in interests I had when I was young. The fact that I can go along on the ride to help them learn and hone in while supporting and safe guarding their journey. Having realized mistakes and how to recover later in life, they get to give it a shot earlier and make mistakes earlier just to be that much better or be able to change their mind sooner without wasting time. And they're happiness.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I go back to this story a lot and its one on my favorite shares. When I was 5 years old I knew I wanted a motorcycle, tattoos, to be in a band, to be a soldier or sailor, and to be a dad. By the time my daughter was born I had already accomplished everything except the motorcycle. Usually one hears of men selling their toys when they get married and have children. She went with me at 5 months old on my first purchase. Today I still ride, still jam, proud veteran and the bike is hers later. Bet
How would you use the $25,000?
So my main livelihood consists of the trades in facility engineering, mostly from the training in the service. Along with frontmaning a band and some light inkwork on the side after the divorce I got involved with Life Insurance and Retirement brokerage. Opening IUL's for the 3 of us the future is pretty secure. So we've danced around an idea of getting a hobby car and restoring it for when they are ready to drive and would serve as a bonding past time aswell. Me, a single dad, kids the car. 😁
