Honestly just watching them grow up, and becoming their own selves. I strive and work hard to make sure they’re prepared with all the information I can give them, and watching them grow and use that information to figure out life… That, to me, is super rewarding.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I made a promise to myself years ago, that if I were blessed with children that I would be everything for them that I did not have. I strive because I have, I am, and will always try to make good on that promise. It hasn’t always been easy, and I’ve had to figure out how to be that on my own. Growing up poor in rural Mississippi, there were so many things that just weren’t available for me. I’ve overcome many obstacles in life, and now I ensure that my children don’t have to struggle as I did,
How would you use the $25,000?
Of my 4 children, two of them will be off to college at the end of this school year. I would love for this to be able to help them get the things that I know they will need as they enter their next chapter.
