The most rewarding part is watching my kids become their own people and knowing I had a part in helping them get there. I love being the person they can laugh with, learn from, lean on, and always come home to. Seeing them happy, confident, kind, and excited about their future is the greatest reward I could ever receive.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
Because my kids are watching, not just what I say, but how I live. I want them to see a dad who works hard, keeps going when life gets difficult, admits when he gets things wrong, loves his family fiercely, and never stops chasing his dreams. I want to teach them faith, resilience, kindness, and the courage to pursue what makes them happy.
How would you use the $25,000?
I’d use the $25,000 to turn my passion for food into a family business, a food truck and/or catering company. Cooking is something I genuinely love, and I’ve dreamed of building something of my own around that passion. The money would help with equipment, permits, supplies, branding, and getting the business off the ground. Most importantly, I’d show my kids what it looks like to chase a dream, work hard, and build a legacy for our family.
