The most rewarding part about being a dad is watching my children grow into their own unique people while knowing I had a part in helping shape them. It’s the hugs, “I love you, Daddy,” the laughter, the lessons, and simply being there when they need me. There’s no greater blessing than knowing my children feel safe, loved, and supported because I’m their dad.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive to be the best dad I can be because my children deserve a father who is present, loving, dependable, and willing to sacrifice for them. I want them to know that no matter what life brings, they will always have someone in their corner who believes in them. Being a father has taught me that my children are watching not only what I say, but how I live. I want to lead by example, teach them strength, love, kindness and respect without taking away their innocence.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would pay off a few bills and then take the kids on a nice trip. Their mother and I are divorced, but we try our best to raised them as a team. She knows the important role I play in their lives and she never keeps them from me
