What is Super Dad?
Learn MoreWhat's the most rewarding part about being a dad?
The best part about being a father is watching the kids develop with each having their unique style and abilities. Each one very different from the other, sometimes even complementary when they work on a project together. For example, when building a trailer in the garage, my son Pete got frustrated with a weld that he couldn't get right. His brother, Antonio, stepped in and completed the weld, showing him how to get it done.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I want to provide these children with the attitude, skills, and knowledge to have the confidence to pursue whatever objective they want in life. I have learned that happiness is not found in material possessions, rather in lived experiences together with family.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would split the 25K among the 5 kids. Earmarking this prize money to be used for the benefit of each ones life goal. Mateo-5K for multi-engine training(commercial pilot) Antonio-5K toward a mobile welding rig(welder/fabricator)Pete-5K toward Milwaukee tools(carpenter/contractor)Luke-5K toward school(South Dakota State University) Stella-5K toward college (Freshman in High School)
