Honestly, showing up and seeing the look on their face when they realize you’ve got them. Like that little trust thing. Hard to beat. And the little moments, too, like when they tell you a secret or curl up next to you.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
being a father is one of the most important roles I’ll ever have. I don’t believe being a great dad means being perfect. It means showing up, listening, teaching, protecting, and loving my kids through every stage of life. I want them to always know they can count on me, that they’re loved, supported, and believed in. I try to lead by example, make memories they’ll carry forever, and help them become kind, confident, and strong people. Being their dad gives me a reason to keep growing.
How would you use the $25,000?
I’d use part to build a solid emergency fund, then add steady savings for my kid’s future, and, when that’s secure, plan a simple family experience we’ll remember forever.
