The best part of being a dad is seeing my kids grow up to be genuinely good people. I loved watching them grow and figure out the world and how they interact with it. Having been able to impart my knowledge and experience to them has been great, but sometimes it's even more rewarding to see them go in a different direction, one I may not be familiar or comfortable with, and seeing them find who they are on their own terms and absolutely rock it!
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
Let's face it, our world isn't perfect. It's tough out there and I want my children to be able to make the most of it. The better I can prepare them to thrive, the better their life will be. Not only for them but also to make it a better world for others. I strive every day to make life a happier, kinder place for others and I want my kids to be able do the same.
How would you use the $25,000?
My eldest is about to start their post high-school education and my son is a senior this year with college plans as well. A good portion of the $25,000 will go to help ameliorate the cost of schooling. I would probably use some to upgrade my tools and shop space. Lastly (but not leastly) I would take my wife on the best date night of her life for being Super Wife and Super Mom
