Just getting to see the young men my boys are becoming. To see them develop their our personalities, likes and dislikes but to also see my teachings benefiting them and setting them up for the future. My boys give me purpose everyday, I may have failed as a husband but I can not and will not fail as a father. They deserve the world and I'm going to give it to them or die trying
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
Ever since I was a kid, I wanted to be a dad. When asked "what do you want to be when you grow up?" Most say fireman, astronaut, doctor. I wanted to be a dad. God fulfilled my dream by blessing me with my boys and I will not let his blessing go to waste. I'm not perfect, I make mistakes but there isn't a dad out there that will work harder for their kids then me.
