Bringing my kids the best from my own upbringing while also reversing some generational curses by taking it upon myself to learn real emotional maturity. Teaching my kids to work hard at the things they enjoy, supporting them without judgement, seeing them flourish because they know I have their back. It’s incredible.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
Because I know what it feels like to watch a father not have the tools to fully realize his dreams. So when I find myself frustrated or overwhelmed I think back to when I was young and I needed things from my father that he wasn't equipped to give and I am able to reset. Having my children know they can rely on me to make them feel safe and calm is the greatest victory I could ever achieve in life!
How would you use the $25,000?
Well, as I mentioned we just got our little grocery store back up and running so our personal debt is a bit crazy, I would first handle our credit cards ($15,000) then give the family vehicles some love ($5000) and with the last $5000 we would take a small vacation to a beach, get the kids set up with some new clothes and shoes and buy myself a pair of jeans (been a minute since I have had a fresh pair).
