The smiles and giggles from my daughter bring forth so much joy! Watching the world through her lense with so much innocence- a light I want to protect forever. My unborn son will be born with a medical condition resulting in a lengthy NICU stay. I anticipate much reward bringing him home and seeing my daughter learn to have compassion and grace toward her younger brother. I,also, will reap full reward watching his recovery and raising a young boy to become a man!
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
It my purpose to give my kids the most beautiful life that I can. To teach them how to be kind and compassionate towards those less fortunate. To have them define success and help them reach their successes. To push them to be competitors and hardworking to never settle for anything but what their end goal was. I strive to help them create a world that's truly a better place through their heart. So that anyone that interacts with them, for at least that moment, feels the joy there is to live for
How would you use the $25,000?
We've had quite a few friends/family help us with housework and summer projects as our sons unexpected medical diagnosis forced us to complete these projects sooner than later. We would like to reimburse them. We'll alsouse some funds for medical expenses as we are already feeling the burden of medical debt. Finally, we hope to use the funds to reconstruct portions of our home for any potential adaptive needs our son may have,at this time it is undetermined if he will be in a wheelchair or not.
