Because I believe that the world needs happier people. I strive to teach my sons how to find small things to be happy about even in tough times. Learning to be grateful for things is a learned skill that I want to pass on

I would put it in an IRA for him so it can have compounding interest and he can choose to do what he wants to do with it.
