As a father of five, the most rewarding part of being a dad is watching each of my children grow into their own unique person. From helping my daughter with cerebral palsy overcome challenges to seeing my other children achieve things they once thought were impossible, every milestone is meaningful. Being a dad isn't about having all the answers. It's about showing up, loving unconditionally, and helping them become the best versions of themselves.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive to be the best dad I can be because I know the impact a great father can have. My dad is one of my best friends, and his love, support, and example shaped who I am. As a father of five, my greatest hope is that my children always know they're loved, supported, and never alone. More than anything, I hope that one day they'll not only see me as their dad, but as a trusted friend.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would use the $25,000 to make my daughter’s bedroom more accessible for her wheelchair and medical equipment. She has cerebral palsy and relies on us for much of her daily care. These improvements would give her greater comfort, safety, and independence while making it easier to support her needs. Investing in a space that improves her quality of life would mean everything to our family.
