The most rewarding part is watching them grow. Watching them learn, hit milestones, make mistakes and learning from them. Watching all her accomplishments, big and small. Things like barely learning how to swim to watching her go out and learn to surf in the ocean. As a father watching my child grown and blossom into the beautiful young lady she has become has been better and more rewarding experience than I could have ever imagined.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I think we're all just trying to do an even better job than our parents did. My father was a great man that gave me an amazing childhood with unforgettable memories, but there were definitely things I felt could have been better. And now I strive to give my daughters a better childhood. Also teaching them things about life that I was never taught, to better prepare them to be amazing and independent women in this crazy world.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would use the money for a few things. First as boring as it is I would set some aside to help with my transition out of the military, I retire in 3 years. The other half I would use for a wedding ceremony in Mexico in my wife's hometown, we just got married in May ♥️. And then for a unforgettable family vacation for us and our daughters, to make those memories like I loved making with my family as a kid.
