The most rewarding part of being a dad is simply having the opportunity to be there. Being able to watch my children grow, teach them, encourage them, and be someone they can depend on means more to me than anything. It’s the little moments, the accomplishments, the laughs, and even the challenges that make fatherhood so rewarding. Knowing that I get to play a role in the people they become is something I never take for granted.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive to be the best dad I can be because I know my children are watching, learning, and growing from the example I set. I want them to know what it feels like to have someone who shows up, works hard, keeps going, and believes in them no matter what. I’m not trying to be a perfect dad—I just want to be present, dependable, and give them opportunities I may not have had. Everything I do is about building a better future and being someone they can always be proud of.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would use the $25,000 as an investment in my children and their future. I’d put some toward their education and savings, help them pursue things they’re passionate about like sports and activities, and set money aside for major milestones as they grow. I’d also love to be able to help my oldest son get his first car when he’s old enough. Most importantly, I’d want the money to create opportunities and give my children a stronger foundation for their future—not just spend it on temporary thing.
