The most rewarding part about being a dad is watching my son grow, listening to him laugh, watching him learn, teaching him how to use tools, reading books with him, hearing the pitter patter of little feet running through the house, watching him play and use his imagination, praying with him for his brother Morgan, teaching him love and empathy, but more importantly he has taught me how to be a dad and that being a dad is my most important job.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I had a good childhood growing up. But I want an even better childhood for my son. I strive to be the best dad because that's what dad's are supposed to do. I dont want my son to be able to say that he wishes his dad could be like that other dad. I want to be the dad that my son can count on when times are hard, or to fix the unfixable. Thats who my dad is. I want to be that dad for my son.
How would you use the $25,000?
Growing older I have come to the conclusion that time is the most valuable thing in this world. Watching my son grow has shown me that time doesnt stop for anything and I want to spend the most time I can with my son and my wife. The hardest part about that is the cost of living is insane. With the way things are you have to work more and be away from family more. Having $25,000 would help me work less and spend more time with my family.
