The most rewarding part is the true growth, love and maturity for both father and child. It gives new perspective for my fathers and who they were. But I think I’ve learned more from my kids than they of me. It’s a journey and not one I have to be perfect on. Nothing ever goes as planned which keeps life on its toes. The most rewarding part is finding a love you never knew existed in every crevice of your heart for a person from the day they are born until the day I take my last breath!
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
Our children are our future. And as my parents set the high standard before me, I see so much potential in my kids. Who would I be to set the bar of expectation of my kids high if I am not meeting those of myself at every level. I truly believe the only way to lead is by example. Only when I strive to be better than yesterday’s version of me is where I find my confidence as a father lies.
How would you use the $25,000?
We would pay of my wife and my vehicles so we would have a better month to month income. That would help us financially start saving. Outside of that we would have to take a trip to see my grandmother in Arizona and my wife and my family in Ohio. We would definitely want to take the kids on a trip to our honeymoon spot as it’s been a couple years since going. The rest would more than likely be put into savings or stocks for future arising problems.
