What makes it truly rewarding is seeing them accomplish something they have worked hard for and knowing I was there to encourage them along the way. Whether it's learning something new, overcoming a challenge, showing kindness to someone else, or simply becoming more independent, those moments make all the hard parts of parenting worth it.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I want my children to look back one day and know that I was there. I want them to remember the time we spent together, the lessons I taught them, the laughs we shared, and the times I stood beside them when they needed me most. Being their dad is one of the greatest responsibilities of my life, and striving to be the best dad I can be is my way of making sure I never take that responsibility for granted.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would use some of the money to take care of things that have been put off while making sure my family comes first. The goal wouldn't be to simply spend $25,000—it would be to turn that money into security, experiences, and opportunities for the people who matter most to me. Winning would be incredible, but what would make it truly meaningful is knowing that the prize became something my children could benefit from for years to come.
