I didn't make them, but I can't describe how much joy it brings me watching them grow, watching them learn, watching them succeed, and if it doesn't go as planned, supporting them through it and watching them come out the other side of it better then they went in.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
My dad didn't always get it right, but he did everything he could to TRY and get it right. The thing I remember most is my dad was ALWAYS present, no matter what. HE WORKED HARD LONG DAYS, and then he'd come home and do whatever I needed from him. I want "my" kids to be the best people that they can be, and I want them to be proud of who they are as they grow, so its my job to set the example of what that looks like, just like my dad did for me.
How would you use the $25,000?
Honestly, I'd use some of it for a kickass family vaction. The rest is going into our house down-payment fund. We both work hard to make a home for the kids, and buying a home to support and grow our family and create memories is at the top of my list.
