The most rewarding part of being a dad is watching my children grow up in better circumstances than I did. Knowing I can give them the stability, love, support, and opportunities I wished for as a child makes every sacrifice worthwhile. Seeing them feel safe, happy, and free to become who they’re meant to be is the greatest reward I could ask for.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
My family’s new legacy starts with me. The generational curses, pain, and harmful patterns that came before me end with me. Being the best dad isn’t merely something I strive for, it’s who I choose to be and what I do every day. I want my children to inherit love, stability, strength, and a foundation they can build upon, knowing their father chose to change our family’s story.
How would you use the $25,000?
After my car was repossessed during a difficult financial period, I relocated to Texas for a new employment opportunity and a fresh start. I would use part of the $25,000 to purchase a dependable vehicle so I can get to work and care for my children. I would use the remainder to secure and furnish an apartment, allowing me to get established and bring my kids to Texas as soon as possible.
