Teaching them life lessons then seeing them implement them in real time. Also learning to hone in my own need to practice patience through playing with them.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I was raised by a dad who for the most part had to learn and raise me and my sister with minimal help even though he lost his parents early and had a rough upbringing, he changed his life for me and my sister with not many role models....he is astonishing. The effort he put in us, I honored through my effort with my boys. We also come from humble beginnings but he kept my head straight along with my godparents to push me to be the best version of myself....still a work in progress.
How would you use the $25,000?
Medical bills for my oldest who has a super rare genetic condition called SATB2 which require constant up keep, doc visits, neurological visits. Also maybe a Lil humble getaway.
