The most rewarding part about being a dad is getting to see the world through my daughter's beautiful, curious eyes. Her endless curiosity is something I prayed for before she was born, and I'm always so grateful and enthralled by how curious she is :D
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I've worked with kids for the greater part of the past 20 years, and one thing has always been true – kids are extremely forgiving of what you do. But it's harder for them to forgive how you make them feel, that's where the trauma of childhood comes from. I strive to be the best dad I can because (1) I want my daughter to realize one day that even though I'm fallible, I gave everything I had to be the best dad possible, and (2) I did everything to protect her heart and mind.
How would you use the $25,000?
$25K would be used to up my dad game by getting my family out of our one bedroom apartment and into a bigger space that allows my little girl's curiosity to flourish and bloom!
