All the reward comes from watching my two kids grow up. Watching them be silly. Watching them learn. Watching them fight. Watching them make friends. Watching them laugh. Watching them love. It’s hard to pinpoint the one single most rewarding part. But if I had to choose one it would probably all the joy and happiness I get out of watching them or just hearing their voices. Every part of being a dad feels rewarding.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I didn’t grow up a good father figure so I already know what it feels like to lack a dad. I strive to be the best I can be which includes being the best dad I can be. I know that my influence on my kids will shape them for the rest of their lives. I want to watch them grow up into the best versions of themselves. I want them to have happy lives and surround themselves with positive people. I want the world for them so that includes me being the best dad I can be.
How would you use the $25,000?
We recently bought a new house and there are some projects that are on our long term list to do. The $25000 would help us do most of the updates now. Which one is to put a rock climbing wall in for the kids. Both of my kids have been taking ninja warrior classes and putting something at the house for them would be amazing.
