Seeing the kids with the biggest and brightest smiles on their faces when I walk through that door when coming home from work. Having time with the family to do things we don't do that often, having the kids giving big hugs and saying I love you. The little moments that you would never have happen again because it was a spur of the moment thing without having a phone around to have video or pictures. Having a night to ourselves and watching a movie with popcorn.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive to be the best I can for myself my family and friends, working to give my family and I a life that will be the best I can give them knowing I've done everything I can and teaching them right (learning from our mistakes). Having my kids and or family come watch me play ball and cheering . As a kid life should be easier and fun while knowing you still need to work hard at home to earn things and not have everything giving to you.
How would you use the $25,000?
Pay off some debt and get the kids 1 thing they really want within reason. Take the wife out for our time and help out mom and dad with a little bit of money. They've helped me out lots so it would be my time you do it back.
