Showing by example how to be a good person and then watching them follow that direction perfectly. To show my daughters how men should treat their wives and to show my son how to be a man of integrity and honor. For my son, I am a Cubmaster for his Cub Scout pack. It is a lot of work, but I get to be a role model for other children.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
So that I can teach my children how to be a good dad to their children when they have them later in life. I feel that nurturing will help them be great parents and thus carry on the cycle. As a recent prostate cancer survivor I try to do as much as I can with my children to show them I love them.
How would you use the $25,000?
Invest it for my son's college education. He is about to be 10 and this would help, especially since he has talked about schools such as Notre Dame and TCU.
