The most rewarding part about being a dad is seeing my son take all the wisdom I share with him, and utilize it in his own life. Then for him to come back and tell me, "hey dad, I did what you said and it worked!" I've lived through a lot of experiences, and now I know that all the paths I've walked have been to prepare me to be the best dad I can be to my own son.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I strive everyday to be the best dad and best example for my son because he's my legacy, and it starts with me. If he's not learning it from me, he's unfortunately going to learn it from someone who doesn't care about his growth and development as much as I do. My #1 responsibility is to build up the best human I can, so that he is a positive influence on our struggling society, leading with love, compassion, and strong moral values.
How would you use the $25,000?
Winning 25k would allow me to do more of what I want to do vs what I have to do. And that would be spending more time investing into my son directly vs working a job 70 plus hours a week, mostly graveyard shifts just so I can be present for him when he's awake. That also includes financially investing so that, when he's older, he can focus on his passions more than working a job that is not fulfilling to him, just to keep whatever his dream is, alive.
