Watching your kids put the lessons that you’ve taught them into action! I love watching my son use a water polo love I taught him in the water! My heart swells when I hear my oldest daughter translating something from Spanish to English! I can’t stop watching when my youngest daughter snuggles up to our dog and comforts him! Seeing their personalities develop and find my wife and I within there is so beautiful and makes all the struggles of fatherhood worth it.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I want to make sure my kids can be the best versions of themselves possible because they know that their dad always has their backs! Seeing them try new things, ask a million questions, show compassion for others, and grow up believing they can do anything they set their mind to makes me want to show up for them every minute of every day. I remember the feeling when my dad showed up for me and how I felt when I made him proud, now I want that for my kids!
How would you use the $25,000?
I would rent an RV and plan a family roadtrip to see our beautiful country on our way to the Pacific Ocean! My kids love being in the water and hanging out on the beach. Along the way, we could stop at delicious restaurants, interesting attractions, and, because we can’t get enough water, water parks! The kids can rest in the RV while I drive them to the next fun-filled stop!
