The most rewarding part of being a dad are the feelings of love and fulfillment in the quiet moments of the day; watching my boys play together, being silly, completing a difficult task they've been struggling to learn, dueling with lightsabers, expanding their imaginations, knowledge, curiosity, creativity, and sense of discovery. Relearning and experiencing everything through the lens of a kid and being reminded not to take anything too seriously or for granted is beautiful and humbling.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I want to model love, kindness, and compassion for my boys. I want them to feel safe to explore and expand their world growing up. To believe in a little bit of magic and imagine anything is possible. To show them it's okay to be curious and it's infinitely possible to follow your dreams.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would use the money to support my family and build a better future for my boys through investment in several business goals to provide them with a source of lasting generational wealth.
