Hearing my son say his first words “Dada” and “Mama.” This made the sleepless nights, the endless hours, and all the OB/ clinic appointments worth the wait ! He’s the best thing to ever happen to us . Even in times of stress and tension, his smile rewrites my mood and makes me remember why I do what I do .
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
Growing up, I didn’t have much. Didn’t expect much from others. But my family always taught me that even though we had nothing, we always had each other . I want to be just like my family teach him to love and be willing to help others . I want to help him be the better version of myself and hopefully able to do the same for his own family one day .
How would you use the $25,000?
I’d use it to get ahead of our expenses. Unfortunately I don’t have the best occupation and this has set us back . I will do my absolute best to make sure we’ll always be okay. I just want to be able to get us ahead start saving for our future. Hopefully get us into a home of our own and start helping others around us do the same. I’ll also buy Ryder a lot of toys (the big remote cars is something I wish I had) . Ryder if you see this one day, your Mom and Dad love you and always will !
