The daily growth as a person. I have 3 daughters and I'm in the trades. Learning how to go from tough and dirty to picking flowers for a tea party, in a short drive home, has taught me alot. I had no idea I could love something so much as I do for those 4 girls at home. Finding that strength and resilience, I had no idea was there. The motivation to maintain and grow so I can see those kids run around the corner and yell "Daddy's Home!"....everyday.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
Each day I want to be a better person or at least better than I was yesterday. Being a Dad, my girls father. Keeps me running towards being a better,calmer,healthier and more patient person daily. It's a constant question of who's raising who? With the personal growth I've achieved in the few years I've been a Dad. I'd say because my girls deserve more than I can give them but I'll die trying to pull in that moon!
How would you use the $25,000?
A chunk would be split and go to each girls bank account. They are the reason we won this, so it makes sense to me. I'd spend the rest on some sort of playground for the house and a greenhouse for their flowers. Definitely take a few days off and do something fun with the family.
