The most rewarding part is watching my kids grow into their own little people and knowing I get a front-row seat. The hugs, laughs, adventures, and “Dad, look at this!” moments make it all worth it. Some days I’m just trying to keep everyone together until bedtime—but that’s what being a dad is all about: staying up late, growing up, and realizing your kids are better than you at everything.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
Because I want my kids to know that no matter what happens, Dad will always be there. I want to teach them to work hard, be kind, laugh often, and never be afraid to be themselves. Life moves fast, so I want to make the most of every “What's My Age Again?” moment while I still have the privilege of being the coolest dad in the house.
How would you use the $25,000?
I’d turn that $25,000 into the ultimate Dad upgrade: finish the home projects I’ve been putting off, build an incredible backyard hangout for the family, and stock up on enough tools to make my wife ask, “Why do you need another one?” Most importantly, I’d build a space for countless family memories—because when it comes to being a dad, I’m not throwing away my shot.
