Watching my kids grow into their own unique personalities and knowing I get to be part of that journey. I love the big moments, but it’s really the everyday things I treasure most—the laughs, conversations, hugs and just being together. Knowing they feel loved, supported and safe, and giving them memories they’ll carry with them long after they’re grown, is the most rewarding part of being a dad.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
Being their dad is the most important job I’ll ever have. I know I won’t always get everything right, but I want my kids to grow up knowing I showed up, loved them unconditionally and always put our family first. I want to raise kind, confident people who know they can always come to me. I hope the love and support I give them today becomes something they carry with them and someday give to their own families.
How would you use the $25,000?
I’d use it to create a bedroom for each of my kids that feels completely their own. With four kids, I’d love to let each of them help design a space around their personality, interests and style. As they’re getting older, I want their rooms to be places where they feel comfortable, happy and truly at home. And knowing my kids, I’m sure they’d have plenty of opinions on how to spend it!
