Watching my kids grow up into their own people. I love nurturing their interests and seeing them get better at what they enjoy. It is so rewarding when they have opportunities to do things and problem solve on their own and seeing them overcome challenges makes me feel like I'm doing right as a father.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
I was raised by a single father (my SuperDad) who did everything he could for me. He was working 3 jobs at one point just to give me the life he didn't have. I understand that now as a father myself, but a lot of my young life I wished he was around and involved more. I don't want my kids to ever have to wish for that. I put everything I have into being as involved as I can.
How would you use the $25,000?
I am currently transitioning out of the military and into a more permanent living space. I want to use the money to move into a bigger, nicer space that they deserve. I also want to build them a gymnastics space in our home or garage so they can practice the sport they love.
