I honestly dont know how to explain it but just the feeling I get when I think of my boys. No words can describe the moment of pure happiness and bliss that fills me whenever I think of my two boys. Even the person reading this answer knows in real life, stuffs not easy and life's not fair for the many of us. I know my purpose in life is being a father and I find that beyond rewarding and fulfilling.
Why do you strive to be the best dad you can be?
Being present. Even after the long work shifts and being exhausted, simply being present in the moment and truly just be conscious of the moment with them. We all have our thing that we're into and think is cool. It could be the most important thing in the world to us. Thats how a child sees just about everything in their young life's. For you to give them your undivided attention has a bigger impact on them than many people realise.
How would you use the $25,000?
I would honestly be selfish with it. Selfish in the sense of not doing the responsible thing and putting it ALL into paying off some debts. I would use a portion of it to take my family on a much deserved vacation. In my oldest sons 3.5 years of life, we haven't gone on a single vacation or done anything just for pleasure since I cant afford to take time off of work just yet.
